PRESSURE CANNING WORKSHOP

Pressure Canning Class Offered

          The Franklin County Cooperative Extension Service is offering a pressure canning workshop for youth and adults ages 12 and older.  The workshop is on Friday, July 21st 1:00 pm – 4:30 pm and will teach the basics of pressure canning.  The participants will leave with two jars of the finished product. 

Call the Franklin County Extension Office at 479-667-3720 to register by Thursday, July 20th.  Space is limited to eight participants.  The workshop will be held at the Franklin County Cooperative Extension Office at 300 B Airport Road in Ozark.
