A Julia Boswell contacted the Franklin County Sheriff's Department on Tuesday to report the unauthorized use of her vehicle. The vehicle in question, a 2001 Ford Taurus maroon in color, was taken on Monday November 30th by an acquaintance of Boswells. Boswell said she let the individual borrow the car to take a friend home but that the vehicle was never returned and she wanted to file charges.
