15 year old Colton Harvey was charged with one count of first degree murder this morning in Franklin County Circuit Court. Harvey is accused of killing his 16 year old sister, Candace Harvey, at the family of home north of Ozark on Watalula Road and then turning himself at the Franklin County Detention Center in Ozark. Harvey is being held by authorities on $750,000 bond. Harvey will be charged as an adult according to prosecuting attorney David Gibbons, he has been appointed a public defender. Harvey is expected to appear in court in Ozark March 1st for plea and arraignment.
