A 25 year old Ozark man was arrested on Monday by Franklin County authorities on Felony Sexual Assault Charges. The white male of Sante Fe Trail is being held in the Franklin County Detention Center with a bond hearing pending along with formal charges. According to Investigator Robert Limbocker, the Sheriff's Department was contacted by Ozark Police on Friday of the incident involving a 15 year old white female of Ozark as the victim. The incident was originally reported to the Ozark Police. The allegations involved consensual sexual activity with a 25 year old white male. Ozark Police and Franklin County authorities made contact with the male suspect on Monday and questioned the man, resulting in the arrest. Limbocker tells KDYN News that the violation took place on three separate occasions. The 25 year old is facing a charge of 4th Degree Sexual Assault.

A bond hearing was held on Tuesday evening for the 25 year old suspect who has been identified as 25 year old Ricky J. Wallace of Ozark. Wallace was released after being bonded out Tuesday evening.
