Franklin County Authorities took a report of missing person on Friday afternoon after an Ozark woman had not been seen since Monday morning. Paul Elder told authorities that his wife Kay Roebuck Elder left the house Monday morning at 11am in a 1999 Nissan Quest van to go to Wal-Mart to have a tire fixed. Mr. Elder advised that as of Friday she had not returned. He said that she had not returned any of his calls and also had left her medication at the house.
