Tommy Bowden, arrested for the murder of his mother, Julie Richardson, appeared Thursday before Circuit Judge Bill Pearson for a Probable Cause/Bond Hearing. Judge Pearson found probable cause to hold Bowden on a charge of First Degree Murder and set Bowden's bond at one million dollars cash/commercial. Judge Pearson also appointed the public defender to represent Bowden whose next court appearance will be March 2nd in Johnson County Circuit Court.
