Johnson County Sheriff Reports

On Tuesday Bobbie L Shepherd of Clarksville reported of a theft from her vehicle on County Road 3333 in the 200 block. A Tom Tom GPS, black purse and a few misc. items were reported to have been taken from her vehicle while it was parked at her home. The theft is believed to have occurred on Monday or Tuesday. The total value of the stolen property was over $120.
Ethel Brown of the 1700 block of County Road 2290 reported someone had taken his wallet from his pickup that was parked in his yard at the time. The wallet contained his social security card, 3 credit cards, insurance cars and $100 cash.
Both reports were taken by the Johnson County Sheriff's Department.
The Johnson County Sheriff's Department responded to a call in the 100 block of County Road 3720 of a fight in progress. The owner of the property was Jeremy Daniel who said that his brother Derrick Daniel had been at the home and was intoxicated. When Jeremy asked Derrick to leave, Derrick was being rude and was escorted from the house. When leaving Derrick started throwing firewood at the back door of the home causing about $245 damage to the property.
The window of a vehicle was broken out while the vehicle was parked at the home of the vehicle's owner, Fields Saunook. the damage is believed to have occurred between 5am and 10am. The was no evidence at the scene as to what might have caused the damage. The estimated damage $100. The vehicle was a white mini van. Johnson County Sheriff's Department took the report.
