The Ozark Fire Department responded to a structure fire at 802 Alston Street at 7:55am Friday. The home was owned by Robert Figgins and occupied by Eric Figgins and his family. The family was at home at the time of the fire but were all able to escape without injury. The fire started in the master bathroom and is believed to have been ignited by an electrical malfunction. The fire was contained to the wall of the master bath with a total estimated damage of $3500. 8 firefighters and 4 trucks responded to the scene according to Ozark Fire Chief Kevin Eveld.
