Judge Mac McCain held bond hearings for a couple of suspects in custody in the Franklin County Detention Center Tuesday evening.
Bond was set at $20,000 for 28 year old Wesley Casner of Caulksville charged with felony theft of vehicle, breaking or entering and residential burglary. Casner was arrested on Monday following a residential burglary at the Dean resident's at 211 William St. in Ozark as we reported here on KDYN. The Dean's were at home asleep at the time the burglary occurred. All property stolen was recovered by law enforcement.
Bond was set at $10,000 for for Arnold McCabe Jr. age 21 who was arrested for felony 2nd Degree Battery and resisting arrest. McCabe resisted arrested when authorities responded to a call on Wilson Lane over the weekend of McCabe being shot in the leg during an argument. McCabe was treated and released from the hospital in Ozark with only a minor leg injury.
A bond of $2,500 was set for 31 year old Jonathan Pullen of Altus who was arrested on Monday night for felony aggravated assault and terroristic threatening along with misdemeanor battery following a call on Norton Town Road in Altus. Pullen is accused of pulling a knife and a gun on another male subject at a home on Norton Town road during a physical altercation. Pullen was treated at the hospital in Ozark for a cut received during the incident and after being released was arrested. Pullen also had to be tazed early in the evening when authorities arrived on the scene of the call and Pullen became combative with the officers and would not submit to arrest.
