Bond hearings for 2 inmates of the Franklin County Detention center were held by Judge Mac McCain on Wednesday morning.
Bond was set at $2500 for Thomas McKeehan of Franklin County for Delivery of a Controlled Substance. It was a Drug Task Force Arrest.
Bond was set at $2500 for James Ellis Ross of Altus a 22 year old black male on a felony charge of internet stalking of a child. He was arrested by Ozark Police as part of an investigation into communication between Ross and a 14 year old female. The two are reported to have been communicating on facebook with each other, and then started texting. The arrest occurred when Ross arranged to meet the 14 year old female in person for sex. When Ross arrived at the meeting location he was arrested.
