Franklin County Deputies were called to Chrisman's on Philpot Road early Thursday morning to take a report of a felony theft. The theft involved several hundred feet of wire and copper wire with a total value of about $3,400. The theft was discovered at 4am Thursday morning. Franklin County authorities have arrested a 26 year old Robert Elmore of Ozark who is facing a felony theft of property charge. Elmore has not yet been charged and a bond hearing is pending at this time.
