3 Suspects Arrested in Franklin County Home

Franklin County Deputies and Ozark Police arrested 3 suspects in a residents on Lone Oak Road early this morning when the three were found inside the resident's by it's owner. According to investigator Robert Limbocker, deputies with the Sheriff's Department were called to a home on Lone Oak Road Wednesday night to take a report of a break-in. Later last night, the home owner returned to find three suspects inside the home and called authorities. Franklin County authorities and Ozark Police responded to the home and located the three inside, taking them into custody. According to Investigator Robert Limbocker, the three had apparently broken into the home early in the week and had returned to the location nightly. Limbocker said the occupants of the property had packed up their belongings in an effort to move. The property has been ransacked and it is not known what all has been taken. Limbocker reports that some property has been recovered, but that the owners are going to have to go through the home to figure out what is missing, he said that at this point no large ticket items are reported to have been taken. The three in custody include an 18 year old white male of Ozark, a 20 year old white male of Altus and a 19 year old white male. All three are facing felony charges of Residential Burglary and Theft of Property, and misdemeanor Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree. A bond hearing will be forthcoming at which time the identity of the three will be released.
