A 25 year old Ozark man was arrested early this morning by Ozark Police on Felony Breaking or Entering Charges, Sexual Assault and an investigative Hold. According to Ozark Police Chief Jim Noggle, the suspect in custody is 25 Ricky Wallace of Ozark who was arrested on Monday of this week by Franklin County authorities on charges of 4th Degree Sexual Assault involving a 15 year old white female of Ozark. Wallace was released from custody on Tuesday evening after posting bond. It is believed that sometime after his release, Wallace attempted to see the 15 year old girl again. Police were called to the victims resident's after it was reported that Wallace was there. When police arrived, Wallace had left the scene and was located later and arrested on charges of Sexual Assault along with Breaking and Entering. Wallace is currently being held in the Franklin County Detention Center.
